Net temps are delighted to have been engaged by a rail operator based in London. We've been asked to procure the services of an administrator to join their operation on a temporary basis.
The role :
To provide administrative support to the Rail Project Manager based at Westminster. Ensuring that all administrative processes that support the registration, ongoing compliance, Training & Development, Contract Management, Health and Safety Management and Quality Management are completed accurately, timely and to company standards procedures.
To be aware of and promote Company Policies for Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Management.
Assist in registration of work flow and issue logs onto excel management system.
Enter job logs onto in house IT System
Compete Sentinel checks where appropriate
Manage Additions to and Removals from the Sentinel system.
Process worksheets and job cards
Check and validate invoices as required
Complete all administrative duties required for the management of relevant tasks
Be available to telephone screen where required and field calls to the Project Manager
Complete minutes for Team Meetings if necessary
File all paper records appropriately as required with the utmost accuracy
Qualifications and Experience
You may have worked in rail previously, but this is not a prerequisite for the role. Experience of working within a team, working to low error tolerance in a busy environment would be advantageous.
